• B2B Inquiry & Quotation Data: When you submit our online inquiry form or quick quote modal, we collect your name, business email address, phone/WhatsApp number, destination country/city, equipment category, part numbers, required power output (kW/kVA), engine serial numbers (S/N), and any optional engine nameplate photos or bill-of-materials (BOM) files (JPG, PNG, WebP, or PDF up to 5 MB) you upload.
• Direct Communications: Records of correspondence when you contact us directly via sales@msddengine.com or WhatsApp.
• Technical & Usage Logs: Standard HTTP request metadata, hashed IP addresses used strictly for anti-spam rate limiting (maximum 5 inquiry submissions per 10-minute window), browser type, referring pages, and landing URLs.

3. How We Use Your Information

Your information is used strictly for legitimate B2B commercial and engineering purposes:

• Cross-checking part numbers, supersessions, and engine serial numbers in factory technical catalogs (such as CAT SIS and Perkins SPI) to verify 100% compatibility;
• Preparing formal commercial quotations, proforma invoices, freight estimates, and export customs documentation;
• Responding to technical troubleshooting, warranty, or after-sales support requests;
• Protecting our website and mail servers against automated spam, abuse, and unauthorized access;

4. Google API Services & OAuth User Data Policy (Limited Use Disclosure)

Where you interact with or authorize any internal or customer-facing application, workspace tool, or OAuth integration published by MSDD Engine (Chongqing MSDD Engine Co., Ltd.) that connects to Google APIs:

• Authorized Data Access Only: Our applications only request access to the minimum Google account scopes explicitly authorized by you during the Google OAuth consent flow (such as basic profile identity, email address, or specific workspace/analytics resources required for the requested feature).

• Human Access Restrictions: No human may read Google user data unless we have obtained your affirmative agreement to view specific messages/files for technical support, it is necessary for security purposes (such as investigating abuse), or it is required to comply with applicable law.
• Data Protection & Revocation: All Google API tokens and payloads are transmitted exclusively over encrypted HTTPS/TLS channels and stored with strict access controls. You may revoke MSDD Engine's access to your Google account at any time via your Google Account Security Settings, or request complete deletion of associated data by emailing sales@msddengine.com.
